These terms govern your use of DOVEV. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using DOVEV on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
DOVEV provides AI transcription, translation, and subtitle generation for audio and video you upload. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload and the outputs you generate. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store your content to provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to upload and process the files you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DOVEV to:
- upload content you don't have the legal right to process;
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
- resell the service without our written permission.
5. Billing
Paid plans and usage are billed as described on our pricing page. Transcription and translation draw from your plan's balance, and you see the cost of an action before you run it. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep DOVEV available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Automated transcripts and translations may contain errors and should be reviewed before relying on them.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DOVEV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using DOVEV and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
